During the period of “11.11”, JD has put into use 50 unmanned warehouses of different levels, distributing in Beijing, Shanghai, wuhan, shenzhen, guangzhou and other places in China. And Shanghai “Asia no.1” has become the mainstay of JD logistics’ business development in east China.
No matter it is the order processing ability or the comprehensive matching ability of automation equipment, “Asia no. 1” unmanned warehouse is at the leading level in the industry.
Midea automatic air conditioning production line
Ever since 2012, Midea has more than 800 robots. Automatic production line modification cost more than $600 million. It has achieved automatic production strategy transformation. Midea central air conditioning has core components and automatic assembly lines. Their production efficiency increased by 70%. The people of production lines decreased by 50%. Human-machine ratio reaches more than 4%, product qualification rate reached 99.9%. Foxconn automated production line
Gou said publicly in 2011 that foxconn would assemble one million robotic arms by 2014 and complete the first automated plants within five to 10 years. it is the so-called “million robot project.” Foxconn’s plants in chengdu, shenzhen and zhengzhou are now in phase two and three, with 10 production lines already switched off. Foxconn has been slowly but steadily automating production and plans to automate 30 per cent of its factories in China by 2020.

The entire factory used to require 200 workers, but now USES fewer than 20 workers to produce the same thing, which means the “no-man factory” can squeeze up to 90% of the labor.
The first football automatic production line in China
This automatic production line of football can realize visual positioning and scanning code, and the robot can finish feeding of the ball. Jig and quick change device, compatible with multiple ball types and change line fast. It saves about 75% of labor cost. It also improves efficiency and reduces defect rate. The production line consists of four modular robot workstations to complete the cutting, printing, coding, gluing, folding and sorting of football pieces. On the production line, the biggest breakthrough is the use of QR codes. QR code makes every football like having an ID card. By giving each piece of ball a unique code, the technology facilitates the machine to quickly identify and process each piece of ball, and finally assemble the ball.
The first car to roll off the production line at baic’s South African plant
In the whole new Baic auto plant in South Africa, the welding process production line built by EVOLUT includes main welding line (including lower general welding, skeleton body welding), sub-assembly two-stage welding, installation and adjustment of four doors and two covers, etc. The automation rate of the whole production line exceeds 87%, which is the production line that USES EVOLUT robot most in the export welding production line of EVOLUT.
