By giving each piece of ball a unique code, the technology facilitates the machine to quickly identify and process each piece of ball, and finally assemble the ball.

In the whole new Baic auto plant in South Africa, the welding process production line built by EVOLUT includes main welding line (including lower general welding, skeleton body welding), sub-assembly two-stage welding, installation and adjustment of four doors and two covers, etc. The automation rate of the whole production line exceeds 87%, which is the production line that USES EVOLUT robot most in the export welding production line of EVOLUT.
